    I thought this recipe was easy to prepare. I also thought the flavors went well together. I did find it to be a bit dry. I used granny smith apples but next time I will try another type of baking apple. I will also try a different brand cornbread mix. mine didn't get as puffy as Paula's. Good though...

    I didn't have a 9x9 so I used a 9x13. It worked just fine and I lowered the cooking time ten minutes. It made more squares so I could serve more people.

    I tried the piggy pudding per the receipe and what a hit! It was delicious and so easy.. Now this weekend I am making it with chicken sausage links and pears. Paula -- you are the best!!

    I used Owens Maple Sausage Maple Links, Martha White Sweet Cornbread Mix, & Golden Delicious Apples. I made it for a brunch at work and everyone ate like piggies! Thanks for the recipe, we love it.

    I thought this recipe was delicious and very easy! It only took 20 minutes to cook, but other than that, I will definitely use it again.
