    I have been making a lot of Paula's recipes of late. This one was not so good. It just tasted like cheese with pimientos. The spread I am used to is creamy. I added cream cheese and a little bit of sugar. Now it is good.

    As a native Californian, I'm not that familiar with pimentos, since I think that's more of a 'Southern' thing - but I fell in LOVE with this dip! I had it at a friend's house last night and I could have eaten the whole bowl by myself (fortunately, there were others around so I had to use my "company" manners!. My friend served it with crackers and it was an instant hit. I can't wait to make it myself (but then I'll have to call upon extra reserves of self-control.... THANKS ONCE AGAIN, PAULA!

    I will never buy premade pimiento cheese ever again. This is the best recipe out there! Love it.
