Excellent! Though double the recipe b/c it does not make very much. I also added more pineapple and I doubled the recipe to make 3 full drinks. Very tasty!!!

I was craving pina coladas ever since I returned from a trip to Vegas and this hit the spot! I thought it didn't have enough of a pineapple taste so I added a bit of juice from the pineapple and yum! Definitely better than any big brand mix and the cost of the ingredients is about the same. Great work, Paula.

This recipe is amazing, and so easy. They were a hit at my party. We like our drinks sweeter, so I added some more pineapple chunks, and some Tropicana Pineapple juice, till it was sweetened to our liking.

My friend makes these all the time and they are the BEST!! I'd rather drink these than go buy one at any bar. The coconut milk and cream of coconut make it so creamy and the pineapple gives it the right balance of flavor. Another great part about this recipe is that it tastes great no matter how much rum is added!! TRY IT!!!!!!

Substituted sweetened condensed milk and coconut syrup as I couldn't get my hands on any coconut cream, but still very tasty even without the rum. After I have the baby I'm definitely going to make myself a non-virgin batch!

I have made this pina colada recipe for guests many times and they love it!!! My husband is addicted to these pina colodas. I just made it for him on Sunday and he was a happy camper! I have made the recipe with vanilla ice cream if I have some one hand or without. Either way, your going to LOVE THEM!! Enjoy!

This was the best pina colada I have ever had! I didn't think that this was too strong and actually added more rum ( I used a cheap brand since there was already coconut milk and coconut cream in it so not worth the price of Malibu. But its perfect - not too sweet like the pre-made stuff at the liquor store. Awesome!

Just a great, easy recipe. Some of the other reviews said the alcohol was too strong, but I think that depends on which rum you are using. I use Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, and you can't even taste it. On the second batch, I went to 3/4 C Rum and left everything else the same, and it kicked it up a little bit. But the taste was just phenomenal. This is THE drink I'll be making from now on when I entertain...and the recipe lends itself well to doubling for larger groups.
