Made this for the family when they came to visit and none of us could wait till it cooled to dig in. It was gone in less than 10 minutes and it was so easy to make and so easy to clean up. I'd say this was just as easy, if not easier, than rice krispy treats. I know they didn't last as long as the rice krispies usually do.

Monday, is Family Fun Day at our house. My husband and I along with our three preschoolers got in the kitchen a couple of Monday's ago and fixed Pine Bark. It was such fun to make, and even more fun to eat. We melted our chocolate in the microwave, and then poured it over our crackers. I think the next time we make this, we might try using a bag of chocolate chips. Thank you, Paula, for another wonderful recipe!

Perfect blend of salt and sweet. It also goes well with a cold rainy afternoon.

This was so, so, so, good! I love salty and sweet and this really hit the spot. I think I should have boiled my carmel a little longer because it was grany but the flavor was wonderful. This would be a great girls night or holiday candy. I also thougth the crackers would be a little wierd but they were great. Definatly worth a try.

I am enjoying these tasty treats, however, the first batch I made stuck to the wax paper even though I sprayed it thoroughly. The 2 batch I made yesterday, I put those crackers right on the pan after I soaked it in evoo. NOW we are enjoying the snack instead of trying to peel paper off of them.

My husband and family are very picky about food, especially dessert. EVERYONE LOVED THIS ONE!!! My husband says he wants this served at all upcoming family functions. I followed the recipe, except I used vanilla rather than almond extract. When I was finished melting the chocolate, I sprinkled the top with chopped pecans. It added a nicer presentation. THANK YOU PAULA!

I was very pleased to find this recipe. My husband and I had gotton a bunch of cookies at chirstmas and this was one of them. Needless to say it was his favorite. Now that I know how to make them he will not have to wait until next christmas! Also, I was very happy that the recipe is very easy and quick!
