I wasn't sure about this recipe at first the thought of cheese and pineapple together sounded gross! But I tried it anyway....and it was fabulous!!! You can't just have one bite. It is adicting!!

It was soooo easy to make, it was a hit everyone wanted the recipe. I made it for Easter, it went great with the ham. I will be making this every year.

This was great for Easter. Definitely only use 1/2 cup sugar. A whole cup would have been way too sweet. This was a nice side dish for ham and I plan on making it for my next brunch.

I would give this 10 stars if I could!!
The recipe sounds kind of off beat....but it is sooooo delicious!! I made this at Christmas and for a pot luck at work and people kept asking if the dish was cheesy potatoes! Everyone had to have the recipe to make at home for themselves! Fantastic!!

I decided to make the Pineapple Casserole
for Easter Dinner along with our ham,
polish kielbasa, sauerkraut, pierogies,
and everything else traditional. Everyone
loved this! It sounds a little weird, but
its delicious! This is a permanent fixture on our holiday table. Thanks Paula!

this is a new dish that I have just tried for my family and they loved it. Thank you Food Network. The taste with my ham was a hit and fast to fix so I could spend more time with my family and not at the stove cooking
