I can always tell when my husband really likes something I cook. Alot of time he'll say he likes something, but the way i really know is he'll go back for seconds. Well he did and he ate the leftovers on my sons plate.

My daughter was watching the show with me & wanted me to try this out. I was a little reluctant because I thought "pineapple & cheese?" But then I thought it couldn't be bad so I gave it a try. It was sooo much better than I imagined! It reminds me of a pineapple upsidedown cake. Even good cold!

I made this to take to my sister's for Easter dinner. I figured not too many would like it, including myself. It was the first dish to disappear. I made this only because of the good reviews. A lady sent me this recipe years ago, telling how great it was and I dismissed it, because I thought, no way. Somebody at the table told me it tasted like pineapple upside down cake with just the pineapple part. The person that reviewed this as nasty must have lost all their taste buds. And if it wasn't enough it tastes wonderful, it's super easy and quick to make also. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made this for a potluck at church and it was a hit. I agree, cut back on the sugar and it's better. But, it needs more crackers, one cup just isn't enough for an entire stick of butter. (typical Paula!! I didn't try the nuts, but that will be the next thing! Thanks Paula for a wonderful addition to our holiday table!

This pineapple casserole was not the best. The dish was alright until I made the topping and put it on the pineapple mixture. The topping was too cheesy. My husband and daughter liked the dish, however.

I didn't like this. Personal preference, I guess. My 8 year old didn't like it either. It was easy to make though.
