This recipe is wonderful. I made it for a dinner party and the word has spread. Even people not at the party want the recipe.

When I first saw this recipe on Paula's show, I thought that I must be in heaven-cheese and pineapples in one dish! Someone was definitely peeking into my dreams. This dish is so simple to make and the end product is so divine. Eat this with some Commando style fried chicken and a couple of Paula's biscuits and you will quickly have a dinner hit.

Not sure what else you would fix it with as a side dish, but with a baked ham it compliments it wonderfully

I tested this before Thanksgiving to see if I wanted to serve it. There were no left overs. I fixed the casserole for Thanksgiving. I had 22 guest and eventhough I doubled the recipe there was none left. I have had many request for the recipe from my guest. It was good, and easy to make. Even my picky eaters liked it.

Pineapple and cheese? I was skepticle but gave it a try and was glad I did!! This recipe is great served with ham or chicken. You could even use any leftovers poured over vanilla ice cream!! My daughter asks for it everytime she comes home from school. This one is a keeper!

This is the easiest casserole I have ever made. I take it to every family gathering. Everyone loves it and asks for the recipe.

I absolutely love this recipe. It's simple, delicious and different. I have made it several times and I have to confess to consuming one whole batch by myself. This is my new favorite food.

We just loved this! We made it last night for our Christmas Eve dinner and thought it was just wonderful! We did cut back on the amount of butter a bit, and sprayed the pan with Pam instead of butter and it was still great.
Thanks Paula and Merry Christmas!
