    Many people in my family get sick from eating turkey so I never serve it. I made a stuffed pork loin for thanksgiving this year. I wanted a different side dish to serve with it so I tried this pineapple casserole. It was surprisingly delicious. We ate all of it. It will be a new favorite.

    I served this as a side dish with our Thanksgiving turkey and it was wonderful. All the gals wanted the recipe. Our daughter thinks it would be fantastic screaming hot and poured over vanilla ice cream. Thanks Paula

    This dish is simply fabulous!! This recipe encompasses the perfect combination of salt and sweet to create the taste sensation of a salty sweet treat!!! If you love fruit and cheese together, you will love this recipe!!

    This is a delightful casserole when served with Ham and a light salad. If there are any leftovers, I cut up the Ham in chunks, place in a casserole and top with the Pineapple mixture. A fresh toping of Ritz crackers is all you need to add at reheating time.

    I sort of cringed when I first saw this dish. But I knew Paula wouldn't steer me wrong. I was right. The ingredients combined to form a wonderful flavor and texture to accompany our ham. It was a big hit with everyone!

    I DID NOT THINK AT FIRST I WOULD LIKE IT BUT IT WAS SUPERB!THE SALTY OF THE CRACKERS AND THE CHEESE ,THE SWEET THE PINEAPPLE. EXELLENT!
