    I know this can taste better based on all the great reviews. I know partly what went wrong; I used shredded pre-packaged sharp cheddar instead of grating it myself. But I have no idea what happened to the cracker mixture. Is it supposed to be crumbly on top or spread over the pineapple mixture? My family wasn't raving over it at all and I thought it had a bad taste. I need to experiment a bit. But will try it again.

    I made this for a potluck back before Christmas. Most of the group seemed to like it, but I thought it was too sweet and the toping was soggy. I made it again for Easter but reduced the sugar to 2/3 cup and omitted the juice from the topping...everybody loved it.

    Made this yesterday for Easter Dinner! It was the perfect accessory to a Honey Baked Ham! Everyone in my family loved it! (Even the extremely picky eaters! This will definetly be made again for a family function! Thanks Paula!

    I was intrigued at the odd combination of pineapple and cheddar, and so many reviwers raved about it so I tried it alongside Emerils Whisky/Cola Ham. My family enjoyed it and I ate it but I wasn't in love with it like some of the other reviewers. I can't say I would make it again...
