    This recipe was super easy to make and everyone liked it. My husband isnt much on eating fruit and he even liked it. My 2 yr old loved it and so did my 13 yr old! I used 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Splenda instead of all sugar. Next time I will probably use all Splenda to cut the calories back a bit.

    I halved the recipe because my husband doesn't care too much for pineapple, but I love it.My husband ate almost all of the casserole. He asked that I make more next time. He also loved it.

    Preparation was extra easy. The marriage of pineapple/cheese/ritz was a pleasant and delicious surprise. Everyone in our household raved. Excellent whether hot or cold.

    This is the best pineapple casserole I have ever tasted!! It's so moist and tasty! It's also really quick and easy to make.

    This is pretty darn tasty, just not pretty to look at. It I had seen it in a serving line I would have passed it up, which would have been sad because it sure is tasty!!!
