We love this and I use it whenever I can. It's great for Spring and Easter but good as a nice brunch side.

This dish went wonderfully with my Christmas ham. I did use half as much sugar as called for and thought it was quite sweet enough...also, I added to the topping, 3/4 cup of ground pecans...everyone wanted the recipe and I will certainly make this keeper again. Thanks, Paula, I love you and my family thanks you for helping me be a better cook...you are this food addict's favorite FoodNetwork cook/star. Please keep doing what you're doing...

Even my husband loved this dish!! It is truly a great side-dish to ham. I should have known that Paula wouldn't fail me for a new dish for our holiday table. Thanks Paula

Easy to make and positively scrumptious. What more could you ask for? I added 1/2 cup chopped walnuts for just a little crunch. Yummy!

I tried this recipe when I baked a ham for sunday dinner. I had this as a side dish. I love pineapple but I was not sure about the cheese. Anyways, I thought it was great. I really loved the flavors. Some of my friends and family didn't like it but I LOVED it!! One thing I love about Paula's recipes is they are so easy to make!!! I love any recipe you can throw in the oven and bake.

This casserole was so different i had to try it. Even so, I was almost afraid to taste it. Once I did, I was hooked! What an amazing use of pineapple! I did use the suggestion of cutting the sugar in half and it was just perfect. Sweet, juicy pineapple, gooey cheese and a sweet, salty and crunchy toppy make for a knockout. If you want a side dish that's out of the ordinary, try this.
