While watching Paula make this recipe I definitely had my doubts, but the combination of pineapple and cheese was out of sight; and, it is so easy to prepare! My company raved about it and I have made it numerous times for potlucks. Paula does it again!!

I always like to serve something sweet with pork or ham. I used to use fried apples, but this is so much better! I love the warm sweetness of the pineapple combined with the crunchy saltiness of the Ritz cracker topping and the smooth richness of the melted cheese! This is a great casserole to go with your next Easter ham or pork tenderloin.

Seemed like a strange combination but it was the absolute hit of my husband's families Easter dinner. Father-in-law is a gourmet and thought it was fabulous. Kids love it too! What more could you want?

I tried this on Easter Sunday as a side dish w/the ham. It was a hit! Everybody asked for the recipe. Can't believe that pineapple & cheese together would be good. But it was great.

I prepared this and served it to over 50 people on Friday night. What great reviews! Everyone loved it! Simple to prepare tastes great and is something different to serve with ham! Over 15 people requested a copy of the recipe, with ideas on serving it at everything from Mothers day to potluck dinners! Quick to prepare, tastes wonderful!
