This was such a great recipe. Everyone has begged for the recipe which I gladly shared. So easy and quick.

I was surprised by how good these were. I decided to throw these together when I had company, and everyone RAVED. Buy the regular size biscuits though. I only had Grands on hand, and they were a little big for my muffin pan. The little biscuits are cheaper anyway!!!

Well I was totally excited about making the pineapple upside down biscuits, however when I opened up the refrigerator and saw that I didn?t have any biscuits I panicked. I decided to improvise and use Jiffy corn muffin mix. To my surprise it tasted FABULOUS! The corn muffin mix made it taste like little cakes it was great!

These were such a fun, easy and yummy snack!! My 4 yr old son had a ball helping me! We decided next time to add more cherries because that's our favorite part! I will definately make this again and again!

I tried this recipe with my daughter because it seemed fairly easy and to my surprise it was. The ingredients are ones you can get easily and it only takes minutes to put together. I am not one for using biscuits for dessert because I taste the harsher taste to the bread when using biscuits, but other than that I will say it was pretty good. Oh and try not to use the big biscuits because they will overflow from the muffin tins and can be a little messy. :

Personally, I would have given this one or two stars, but my boyfriend, who LOVES pineapple upside-down cake, was reasonably happy with this rendition, and it was a lot easier for me to make. Unfortunately, I didn't read ahead the warning not to use "Grands" and ended up basically slicing them in half plus using a few layers for the 11th and 12th cupcakes.

I made these for my husband for Father's Day this year ('06 and followed the instructions given. When I turned them over, the bottom of the biscuit was nowhere near cooked and there was nothing I could do about it. I had to scrap the whole thing!!! Not sure how else to tell if the biscuits are cooked all the way thru or not...they were golden brown on top but the bottom was still dough-like.

These are tasty little bisquits... I would add more pineapple sauce to the top of the bisquits.
