    These biscuits are simple to make and have outstanding flavor. My family devoured them as soon as I popped them out of the muffin tin.
    I will let them cool just a bit more the next time as some of the pineapple slid off the tops when popping them out of the tin.

    My mother loved the way it brought back memories when she was little when my grandmother would make pineapple upside-down cake. She really loved this recipe.

    Delicious, easy, and super fast to make. Can't possibly mess up this recipe! Taste like home cooking. People will think it took you much longer to make.

    I made these today for Father's Day. They are simply the best. I love, love, love Paula Deen and I would love it if she would adopt me! I enjoy almost all of her recipes. This was so simple and easy to make that I made a double batch. Dad will never know I ate the first one.

    These were better than Pineapple Upside-Down Cake because the biscuits cut the sweetness level down from where a cake is normally almost too sweet. They look very cute and managable. They make a great dessert for parties or the family so no one can say someone got more than them. They were very easy to make and tasted fantastic. For a little twist on them we added some cinnamon in the bottom with the pineapple. It was pretty good for a little change to the already great recipe. Thank you Paula Deen!!!!!
