Mine didn't turn out as expected. The pineapple mixture didn't stick at all. I think I didn't drain the pineapple well enough. Also - I didn't have real butter so I used margarine and think that may have had something to do with it. BUT - I have faith in Paula and everyone else who gave rave reviews so I'll try it again!

This recipe is amazing! So quick and easy, and just as good the next day when reheated in the microwave for a few seconds, which was really surprising. I am befuddled by some of the reviews on this recipe...several people said they didn't reheat well, but I found the opposite. For those who said it made a mess...did you use CRUSHED pineapple? The first time I made it, I used 1/2 crushed pineapple, and 1/2 pineapple chunks (misread the can. The crushed pineapple stuck, the chunks didn't. So read the can carefully!

Wonderful! Add cinnamon as someone suggested, it makes it even better. I added nuts to some of them.
Leave in pan for a few minutes before turning over.
Good for breakfast, brunch or dessert.

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was very tasty. It will become one of our favorites for now on.

These appeared to be a great recipe but in actuality, mine became stale in a short period of time and I had to throw most of them away.

This recipe was very easy and tasty. They were good right out of the oven but were even better when they had time to sit over night.
