    These really are simple and fantastic to make. I would recommend when the biscuits look cooked and golden, to pull them out the oven and "tent" them with foil to allow the insides to cook a little more, as the biscuit part close to the pinapple can remain a little "doughy". Then when nearly cool invert them and boy are they good.

    I also add a little fresh lemon juice to the reserved pineapple juice as a a counter balance for the brown sugar and butter to keep some of the fresh zingy taste of the pineappple

    Not only were these biscuits delicious, they were so easy to make with items I usually have on hand! I will DEFINITELY make these again.
