These were taste and easy to make, but ended up being too moist and had a heavy after taste.

If you want fresh baked pineapple upside down cake within a half hour, this recipe is for you. Unbelievably fast prep time and baking and so tasty. These are best right out of the oven! I got rave reviews on this recipe.

These are a great alternative to a "real" upside down cake. Make sure you really grease your pan beacuse mine stuck a little after greasing. They even get better the longer they sit. GREAT RECIPE!!!

I gave this recipe only two stars because the topping at least tasted like Pineapple Upside Down cake. But it is just dreadful on a biscuit! Ick! And like other reviewers, I found that they did not come out of the pan neatly, instead they just fell apart. Sorry Paula, usually your recipes are winners, but this one's headed to the Delete file.
