    I made this for dessert tonight and got rave reviews! So simple but so delicious. I read the other reviews first, so I was sure to loosen the biscuits before I flipped. No mess at all. This time I served them with vanilla ice cream. There were NO leftovers! Thanks for another great recipe Paula!

    Just made these lil' treats. They are yummy. My husband loves upside down pineapple cake so I was looking for a different way to make it. I did change it a bit. I only had the mini muffin tin so I made these more bite size. It was great because I have little kids and it was easier and cleaner for them to eat. I cut the biscuits into 1/4's and placed it on top of the mixture. I read on a previous review that it was a bit messy when it came to the flipping part. I didn't have anything as big as the muffin tin so when it came to flipping it, I covered it with foil, tucked the sides in to be more secure and flipped it. For the most part, they came out with ease. There were a few that I had to tug with a fork for it to come down. Thanks Paula!

    I love these things! I've made them a few times now. They are beautiful, yummy, cheap, easy and look like I've slaved over them. Just haven't figured out how to flip them without making a mess. Way to go Paula!

    These were delicious! The only problem I have was the flipping. It got really messy.

    I was looking for a recipe for a Hawaiian themed party. I made these because they seemed simple and affordable - they were both! I will definitely make these as desserts and even breakfasts in the future. They look really great on the plates as well!

    I serve these every July 4th on my buffet with cold spiral slived ham, southern fired chicken and all the wonderful cold holiday salads. The platter of biscuits is the first one totally cleared! I serve them with the meal. I suppose they could be great also for a Sunday morning brunch. But my guests look for them every July 4!

    These are so simple to make. Great for snack day at work. My family keeps asking when I am going to make them again. Thanks Paula.

    I make these for dessert or breakfast. I made these for breakfast when it was my turn to cook breakfast for my sunday school class. It was so easy and everyone loved them.

    Definitely worth the try. Used just enough juice to spread over biscuits so they would brown nicely. Also lined muffin tin with silicone cupcake liners so that leftovers can be heated first and then inverted one-by-one. Tried with buttermilk layered biscuits as this is all I had on hand which gave them nice height. Super yummy-licous!

    These are the easiest, yummiest dessert (or breakfast ever! I make them on special mornings, like Christmastime and Thanksgiving, and my son devours them. If you don't want them so runny, just cut the 'reserved juice' in half or slightly. It also depends on the size of the biscuits. ;
