    Very flavorful. I couldn't get the sauce to thicken very well but it tasted good in spite of being a bit thin. Loved the pistachio coating but the amount of nuts I had to buy to make enough to serve 6 was a bit expensive for a coating. Think I'll try pecans or almonds next time.
