I cooked these for all my bridesmaids before we went to look at dresses. We had the popovers and memosas and they were perfect. We ate them with butter and honey. Thanks for the recipe

This recipe was very easy. I love popovers/yorkshire pudding. The only thing I would change about the recipe is that the 30 minute cooking time was about 5 minutes too long. They were too dark for me. Adjust that and they taste great!

I always thought that popovers were too difficult to make without a popover mix. These were so easy and came out terrific. My mother-in-law will be impressed.

This was a great and simple recipie. I used bacon grease to grease the muffin tin, and reduced the cooking time to 20 minutes. Another great one from Paula, Thank YOU!

I must preface with the fact that I have never made nor eaten Popovers before. My husband & I thought they were very good. How they tasted: They were moist and eggy-flavored, a cross between dinner rolls and French Toast. Preparation: They were extremely, almost unbelievably easy to make. I did not have 2 cups of whole milk, so I used 1 cup whole and 1 cup skim milk with good results. Serving: We tried a variety of "toppings" and particularly liked a light sprinkling of a Cinnamon/Sugar mix (1/4 cup sugar to 1/4 tsp cinnamon. For a French Toast taste, try maple syrup. I refrigerated the leftovers and reheated the next day (one at a timein the microwave for 25 seconds on high. Summary: Very Good will make again.
