Very easy to make and wonder to serve to guests. I also used a variety of other vegetables- the more the merrier I say!!. It was tender, juicy and flaovrful all the way through. A real winner.

Made marinade exactly as written. Sorry, it was just not that good. I think it was the cinnamon that ruined it.

Wow! I had pork tenderloin, turnips and parsnips in the fridge and was looking for a way to use them when I happened upon this recipe. This is by far, the best tasting pork tenderloin I have ever prepared. I only marinated it for an hour, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The tenderloin was moist and very flavorful. I love to experiment in the kitchen and rarely cook the same thing twice but this recipe will be the exception. Can't wait to have the leftovers tomorrow!

I couldn't be more pleased with how this recipe turned out! My husband and VERY picky 2 year old thought it was great also. Unlike some of the other reviewers I didn't have a problem with the cinnamon being overpowering. I was a little worried when I smelled cinnamon in the air while it cooked but by the time the tenderloing was done, it mellowed out. So glad that I tried this one...Thanks Paula!!!

This is the most awesome recipe ever! I double the marinade. Use teriyaki sauce instead of soy. Use crushed ginger in a jar instead of fresh only because I don't keep fresh at all times. I pour the marinade right over the tenderloin before roasting in the oven. The sauce/gravy makes this truly taste like your eating at a 5 star restaurant! Pour some over your vegetables.

I have made this recipe a few times. I have taken the cinnamon out of the recipe completely. I intially used a pinch. I also use a little less of the recommended amount of ginger. Each time I make it I do something different, i.e. add more wine to the marinae to balance out the soy sauce flavor. Its a great recipe and I will continue to make it... family and friends love it.
