    This recipe was very tasty and a hit at our July 4th cookout! I made a few slight changes; I used sliced baby portobello mushrooms;shallots and fresh herbs instead of dried and I added shrimp. I mixed the pasta; olive oil, shallots, fresh herbs, lemon juice and black pepper together the night before and chilled them overnight so the flavors infused throughout; Just when the grill was prepared to grill our cookout meats, I grilled the vegi's and shrimp all together adding more of the fresh oregano olive oil and some garlic and herb butter sprinkled with sea salt and accent for enhanced flavor;I added the grilled vegi's and shrimp to the chilled pasta and returned it to the fridge until dinner was served. I will definitely make this over and over again!!!

    Very good salad, I made it already 3-times!!! Instead of tomatoes I put red bell pepper. I don't have a grill, so I broil mushrooms and red bell pepper, and I steamed asparagus for 2-3 minutes.
    Sooooo tasty!!!!!

    I made this a year ago on a camping trip for friends and they all LOVED it. I premaid the seasoning and grilled the veg while the noodles were boiling to save time. I didn't have lemon juice in the camper, but it was a huge hit anyway. Wonderful, different and full of good veggies. And bonus you can grill most of it, which is a plus for me.

    I have made this several times and just love it! I pull out the recipe every spring once we can get good asparagus. Last night I made it with the Whole Grain pasta for the first time and it came out wonderful! Just change it up to suit your own taste and add other veggies if you like and you won't be disapointed! I add grape tomatoes all the time to mine as we love them. Always get requests to bring to pot lucks at work which we have monthly!
