So easy and so flavorful! I followed the recipe almost exactly and this turned out great. The only alteration I made was I used about 3-1/2 TBS. lemon juice as that is what the lemon gave me. I think it gave a little brighter flavor to the asparagus. We have our own asparagus patch, so this is a keeper for next year as well!

I am still learning the basics of cooking, so this recipe was ideal for me. The combination of all the flavors was wonderful! I made this dish for my fiance, but had a lot left over so I brought it home to my family - My parents and sisters couldn?t believe that I had made this dish on my own! Great recipe!!

ELAINE, IF YOU READ THE RECIPE AGAIN, YOU WILL NOTICE THAT IT IS THE "SEASONING" RECIPE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE THAT CAN BE STORED UP TO SIX MONTHS, NOT THE WHOLE SALAD. HOPE THAT CLEARS IT UP FOR YOU. ENJOY!

I haven't tried this yet, but hope to soon. I noticed on the recipe it says it will keep 6 months in the fridge. Is that correct? Or a typo? I can't imagine anything keeping that long! Sounds really good, though.

I made mine with rice pasta due to my celiac and it was still delicious. I make it all the time because it is so simple. I make a batch and then take it as my lunch for a few days.

I made this for my cooking club. Our theme for the month was "Salads." Everyone LOVED this salad! It is so fresh tasting, and is different from your typical pasta salad. The asparagus was cooked perfectly and still had a bit of a crunch when you bite into it. Highly recommended!

I really thought that the seasoning on this would not be that good, but it was delicious!! I have made this several times and everyone who eats it...loves it!! You can really use the seasoning on any pasta and it is delicious. I add more lemon juice though.
