I made this yesterday, used kaiser rolls, less salt and my roasted peppers (used both red and yellow came from a jar where they were packed in olive oil,garlic and salt. I added less mustard and more pesto to the mayonnaise... absolutely delicious and certainly a keeper! Love your recipes, Paula.

Extremely flavorful and juicy! I enjoyed this recipe very much. I made some substitutions. I also added Hawaiian bread buns to the recipe. I absolutely recommend this recipe.

These taste like burgers!! The mayo, pesto, grainy mustard combo is excellent and could be used on a regular burger or other sandwiches. These really are yummy and have become a regular in my house. Try them! Paula never lets me down!!

I am a vegetarian and I really enjoyed this burger. The first time I made it, I followed the directions exactly, except I left out the extra salt to be added to the mayo/pesto mixture. It would have been way too salty for my taste. The next time I made it, I left off the roasted red pepper and added a thin slice of red onion. I enjoyed this even more. The mayo/pesto mixture and the arugula really add a lot of flavor to this mushroom burger.

This recipe is so good! Thanks Paula! I added a slice of pepper jack cheese, and it gave the burger an extra kick. I will definitely be making this burger throughout the summer!
