    Paula I love you but this is what I do when I make the pot roast. Use Golden Mushroom instead of regular 2 cans also get the cheap version of the brown gravy mix and mix w/ 1 cup of water to disovle it then let it cook omg make u want to slap ur mama smooches from Fl

    My husband really enjoyed this recipe, the cream of mushroom soup gives it a smooth, even, pleasing taste. This is a keeper!

    This recipe made an ordinary cut of meat extraordinary! Everyone loved it.The meat was so tender you could cut it with a fork and what a great flavor. I am certain that I will use the rub on other cuts of meat. Thanks for a quick and easy recipe.

    P.S. The chuck roast was frozen and it still turned out fantastic!
