I loved this it is alittle like the hashbrown casorel my boyfriend likes!! Drain you onions and peppers and it is great!!

This had a really great flavor (of course, but was nauseatingly over-laden with butter. I sure hope nobody eats like this all the time!

My family loved it. I just added a few jalape?os in with the onions and my family loved it. We paired it with fried chicken and they could not get enough!

Great taste. Would make it again. I didn't put 1 cup of house seasoning in this recipe.....just added enough for taste.

I left out the bacon and cut up ham and added it to the green peppers and onion when I sauteed them. I served it as a dinner.

I made this recipe for a Memorial Day picnic and it was a hit! It was simple to make and it was a good change from typical potato casseroles. I would definitely make this again!
