    This was a wonderful recipe for my left over mashed potato's! It was easy to adapt with ingrediants available to me! Once again Paula you saved dinner!

    Loved this recipe. Was different than the ones I have tried before. I am not much of a potato eater, but I must say I really enjoyed these, as did my whole family.

    Like eating a twice baked potato with onions and peppers added. This combination is so creamy. The recipe made enough for leftovers but forget it! It was all gone in one sitting.
