    We tried this casserole the other night, and it is so good, would be great for a pot luck or a family gathering, it tastes good and it is filling,and not that hard to make. I feel cooking is becoming a lost art with fast foods and box foods, this is a dish worth trying. Thumbs up!

    I made this casserole for the first time last night as I had some left over mashed potatoes. My picky husband and six-year old daughter went back for thirds. It reminds one of the best potato skins that you have ever had as it has many of the same ingredients of a classic potato skin appetizer. The recipe was easy to follow and nothing needed to be altered. One warning - this is a VERY FATTENING dish that should be served in moderation but that is the case with most of Paula's scrumptious recipes.

    My kids loved this! The texture is really great... I think I shook on a little too much House Seasoning, but they didn't seem to notice! : I will be fixing this one again soon.
