This was not only an amazing snack, it was so simple to make! I made it the first time with peanuts, then prepared it the very next day with cashews and it was fantastic as well! It was so good that my husband could not keep his hand out of the bowl. Good one Paula!

I followed this recipe to a T. Perfect results. Absolutely delicious! Positively addicting! I used for holiday gifts along with another of Paula's sweets recipes. Will definitely make again.

I am in love with this bark. It is easy and delicious! It inspired me to start making all kinds of fun bark such as "Cupake Bark" and "Funfetti Bark". I featured all 3 on my food blog at DameGoodEats.

I just made half the recipe after seeing some reviewers had trouble melting the white chocolate, but I had no problems and the bark tastes great. I had Ghirardelli white chips on hand, put them in a pyrex bowl over a slowly simmering (not boiling pot of water and stirred just until creamy. I say give it another try!

I followed the recipe exactly using 18 one ounce squares of white chocolate, but after spreading on a cookie sheet and waiting several hours, the chocolate never hardened. The taste was delicious but you had to eat with a spoon. Help! What did I do wrong?

I thought Pine Bark was good, and it is. I have been making that for my children, especially on camping trips, for years and years. This is a great change up. Will be great to make on the holidays and bag up for the gals at work. You it again Paula!

So easy and good. I've used both semi-sweet and the white chocolates to prepare this and they do disappear quickly! If you don't wish to turn on your oven to melt the chocolate, it can be microwaved without problems providing the setting is low enough - I set mine on 2 or 3 and stir often.
