    I found them to be so salty that I couldn't serve them and I even used less prosciutto than was called for. If possible I would have given it 0 stars. Would not recommend.

    Extremely tasty! you can feel the lemon zest and the dijon tingling in your palate even after you ate it.

    I agree, the filling amount was small. But these were amazing. If I would be on "the best thing I ever ate" this would be what i would show. You HAVE to make these. My fiance doesn't even like mushrooms and he loved these!!!

    they're great tasting but the filling only filled up 1 package of my 8 oz baby bellas... maybe my mushrooms are larger (the recipe calls for 3 packages of mushrooms. will make again! if i have extra filling in the future, i'll use it for omlet filling!
