    This is some good stuff!
    Easy to put together, makes the house smell great and the kids love the whole frosting aspect... a family tradition from now on. Two thumbs up Paula

    Excellent, moist cakes and the icing is killer (Of note, I used neufchatel cheese instead of cream cheese to lower the fat content and it was still amazing. I also substituted pumpkin spice for the cinnamon. I will make again and again.

    So Yummy! These pumpkin bars are moist, cake like and just delicious. I will be making these again! The only change I made was by adding pumpkin spice. The taste was great.

    I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! I make them as cupcakes . . . its way easier!!! and they cook faster bout 15min.

    I have an excess of fresh pumpkin puree and put in a bit more than the recipe called for and it resulted in super moist bars. Less than a week later, I'm making them again!

    WOW!!! This cake ROCKS! Super moist, super tasty, super delicious. I served it for Thanksgiving dessert and I gave the recipe out to everybody! I just made it in a 13x9 pan and frosted the whole thing - not individual bars. This one is a Keeper :-

    Delicious! I think that I would make them as cupcakes next time, or just leave em in the pan and frost the whole thing as a sheet cake. I love how the pumpkin is not overpowering. My husband does not eat pumpkin or frosting but liked both!

    These are a family favorite! I bake it in a sheet cake pan and reduce baking time by five minutes. There's still plenty of frosting.
