I LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe - this is a fall staple in my house, everyone loves it and it doesn't last long. Even my boyfriend who claims to hate pumpkins loves this recipe. I do add vanilla bean to the frosting instead of vanilla extract.... so yummy!

I was craving something that was reminiscent of fall, and I came across this recipe. This recipe deserves 5+ stars, so moist, so tasty, these bars will definitely make an appearance on my holiday tables!

My family loves these!! I make them in mini-loaf pans, and that way, the sides are smooth when they come out of the pan. I love the delicious cream cheese icing! When I make these, my husband says that he knows it's "Fall" and almost Thanksgiving! These don't last long at our house, and they are great to take to family gatherings.

Super moist and delicious and so very easy to make ! These are defintely a recipe for anyone who likes easy recipes with great taste. They aren't overly sweet which is always a plus but have just the right amounts to satisfy. Great new alternative to pumpkin pie. I'm keeping this recipe to myself so that I can share it with others and they can enjoy it too.

I made these last year for Christmas and now I'm making them again for Easter. They are excellent.
