For a friends bachelorette party, I made this recipe as a cake and it was a huge hit with the ladies. It's not too sweet nor does it overpower with spice. And it tastes great with champange!

    YEAH!!!!!!!!!

This is one of my favorite ways to cook pumpkin and my sons favorite way to eat pumpkin. Many years ago a friend gave me this recipe and I made it often. Something happened to the recipe card about 5 years ago.

Also this is so simple to make. When I told my teenage son I had the recipe he was excited and even made it.

The only thing I do different is add lots more cinnamon.

These bars are more like a cake. Not overpowered by too much spice. Very moist and "pumpkiny", my husband and I enjoyed this very much.

These bars are so moist and good.
Easy to make. Called my Sister in Boise
& asked her if I could bring Pumkin Bars
instead of Pie. She said if there good
go ahead. I think the Family will like
them also. Taking some to word tom. to
see how the people at work will like them. Paula always makes good good

This recipe was very easy to follow, and for the most part included items straight from your cupboard. I actually didn't expect it to turn out as good as it was! It was excellent!

These were great but I need to cook them longer than 30 min when using a 13x9 in pan

This uncomplicated dessert is trully delicious. One tip...be sure the can of pumkin is 100% pumkin, not pumkin pie.

This is the easiest and the most flavorful pumpkin bar recipe I have ever made. My guests will love it.
