I made this for thanksgiving this year and it was REALLY DELICIOUS!! I love pumpkin pie but this year I decided to try this and it was better than pumpkin pie! It is definately worth making again. Thanks, Paula! (:

This pumpkin cheesecake was the highlight of my Thanksgiving desserts!! My friends and family just loved this and everyone wanted the recipe...Sorry Paula....kept this one to myself! Made one of your cranberry recipes also and it was awesome as well...Love You Paula...happy holidays!!

I really enjoyed this Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe. It was easy to put together and tasted nice and light. Great for a Thanksgiving dessert. I did not use the ground cloves and enjoyed the light taste of the pumpkin cheesecake as did the family.

Awesome.
The only issue for me was the cook time. I baked it for 90 minutes and it was still a tad soft in the middle. I think if I had stuck with 60 minutes it would have been a soupy mess. I also did a water bath, just to be safe. I was serving this for Thanksgiving and really wanted to make sure it had no cracks.
All in all, it's an excellent recipe and tasted amazing. I've made other pumpkin cheesecakes before and this was by far my favorite.

This was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!. I just became a lover of pumpkin a few years ago and this is best pumpkin dish i've had thus far. It was soooooo good that I made for Thankgivining then again the very next day. While the family was out shopping on Black Friday I was home baking this cheescake again...... I followed the recipe to a "T"
It was perfect.

I'm not a huge cheesecake fan, but my husband is and I like to make him one at least a couple of times a year - this sounded delicious and I decided, since I'm usually so stuffed from the rest of dinner that a sliver of sweet is fine by me - to make it - WOW!! It was DE-licious!! The whole family LOVED it! Thank you!! I will definitely be making it again - oh and I used Neufschatel cheese instead of full fat Cream cheese and it was still amazing. Thank you, again!!

This recipe is so easy and DELICIOUS!. I was a little nervous because I don't own a springform pan and used 2 9inch rounds instead. I followed the recipe EXACTLY. It was perfect!!! I didn't have any cracking and the consistency was so creamy. I think next time I will add crust up the sides although it was still awesome with a bottom crust only. I had read a review where the center was gooey but this was not the case for me. This was a big hit and will be making it again and again!

Great and I don't really like pumpkin pie. I might cut back a bit on the pumpkin spices next time. Will probably double the crust next time as I so LUV graham cracker crust. Didn't have a spring form so used a 9X13 glass baking dish and that worked about perfect, for the filling quantity. Is a keeper...
