Being pregnant and getting those sweet cravings, pumpkin cheesecake definately helped! My boyfriend loves anything with pumpkin and I love cheesecake, this is the smartest idea to combine these two together. I enjoyed making it and we both enjoyed eating it. One word, YUM!!! -StellaB.

This is simply the best of two recipes.It's really got a great cheesecake taste, but with the perfect amount of pumpkin, not overpowering.My husband, who likes pumpkin pie but isn't really a fan of cheesecake even liked it.It's really easy to make and I didn't have any trouble with baking times,although I did let mine sit in the refrig overnight before serving.I was very pleased with this recipe.

I am not the best in deserts, so to say this came out amazing is HUGE. My boyfriend loves cheescake, and i love pumpkin pie! this was the most amazing combination of both. It did crack at the top, but like i said, i'm not an expert. I just put wip cream on top, and voila! problem solved. :

I have never made a cheesecake before today, and happened to have one can of Pumpkin Puree. Was so easy to make the hardest part was waiting for it to set up. After dinner I opened up the frig and cut into it OMG! Was in wonderful. The whole house smelt like Fall.Even my pickest of eaters loved it.... will add to my recipe file... Thanks Paula.

This recipe is very simple to put together, and great throughout the year. I have prepared this dish and people that do not like pumpkin pie loves this recipe.

I made this for Thanksgiving and it flew off the pedestal! It was so luscious and creamy. I make lots of this type of cheesecake and this was by far everyone's favorite.

I've been meaning to write a review ever since I first made this FANTASTIC CHEESECAKE RECIPE!!! I made it for Thanksgiving and for Christmas and it is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! (I had watched the show and knew from other recipes to add 3 pkgs. of cream cheese. I've had pumpkin cheesecake before and was never really impressed, but my daughter and I were watching the show and decided it was sorth a try and boy were we elated with the results!!! I did bake it for 20 min. longer than recipe calls for and it was just perfect. I have raved about this wonderful recipe to my long distance friends and have shared it with them. So, everyone in my family and many of my friends THANK YOU PAULA for this EASY & DELICIOUS RECIPE!!!
