This cheescake is so creamy and rich! Just the way I want my cheesecake! I will never make regular pumpkin pie again. Everyone loved and wanted this recipe! Thanks Paula!

I made this a couple of days after Thanksgiving and my family loved it and asked me to make it again for Christmas.

This was my first attempt at making a cheesecake. Easy to follow directions, and it turned out GREAT!!!! I took it to a friend's housewarming party and received compliments from everyone who tried it.
The top did crack, so next time I will place the pan in a water bath . . I heard it should help.

Great! My son age 11 made this for Thanksgiving. I usually do not like pumpkin pies but this was a great alternative. I could not keep it all to myself because the rest of the family liked it also. I plan to try other recipes on this website since the first one turned out so good.

I have made one cheesecake before that was so- so... but this had to be the best pumpkin recipe I ever had!!! My neighbor who hates pumpkin but loves cheesecake said that this was one of the best cheesecakes he ever had! It will be a permanent Thanksgiving recipe and possibly Christmas as well. I may follow another reviewer who said to leave it in the oven (tuned off an extra hour to avoid cracks. (I just covered mine up with whipped cream:Thanks Paula!

I've never tried pumpkin cheesecake let alone ever bake a cheesecake. I tried this one and was a little nervous but it turned out AWESOME! I will be making this for my family this year for Christmas...mmmm!!

I followed the recipe, and this was fabulous! Not too sweet-very rich and decadent. Everything the traditional pumpkin pie has, and sooooo much more! Thank you Paula-this cheesecake was a huge hit at my holiday party.

My son and I were watching Paula Dean make this, and he told me I had to make it. Well - of course I did, and it was a huge hit. Thanksgiving was wonderful and there were tons of desserts - but this cheesecake was number 1. Luckily I had cut a piece for my son who wasn't at dinner, so he got some when he came home. This was easy, and beautiful, and I was a hero!

Everyone really liked it. easy to make. For my taste it was a bit rich and sweet but everyone that had some had nothing but great things to say about it.
