This was my first time making a cheesecake and it was fairly simple. Only issue I had was making the crust and I thought it may have had too much butter, not sure. Flavor was terrific and I will make this again.

Haven't ate the finished cheesecake yet, but if it tastes as good as the batter I'll be a hero! Came out very cracked, though....a three-pronged Grand Canyon. Won't affect the taste!

This recipe is super easy and tastes great! But if you decide to go the route I did and buy a pre-made graham cracker crust, you'll need to buy 2. When I went to pour the batter into the first 9-inch crust, I found I had enough left over to make another pie! A little goes a long way with this great recipie.

I WAS SO CONFUSED FOR A WHILE I DID NOT KNOW HOW THIS RECIPE WAS GOING TO BE BUT I WAS CERTAIN THAT IT WAS WRONG SO I LOOK IT UP AGAIN AND COME TO SEE I WAS RIGHT I THOUGH I HEARD HER SAY 3 8OZ OF CREAM CHEESE NOT ONE LIKE THE RECIPE STATED ONLINE. I made the pumpkin cheesecake today for the first time. My husband, son and I all thought it was great. Son said it was the best cheesecake he ever had. Husband doesn't care much for pumpkin pie but loved the milder pumpkin flavor and the better texture of the cheesecake. This will be replacing pumpkin pie on our holiday table every year.

I made this cheesecake yesterday for Thanksgiving Day. Instead of making one big cheesecake, I used ginger snaps as the crust with foil cupcake liners. They took about 15 minutes to bake and made around 30-35 depending on how full you make them. I had to taste one before putting them in the freezer...yummy! And yes, I used 3 packs of cream cheese.
