It was a really good dessert. I will make it again for my friends/family. The only problem was after I left it out for 15 min. as suggested, the filling began to crack across the pie. Any suggestions to avoid that? This is the first time I've made cheese cake and I don't know if that is supposed to happen.

The written recipe on this site says use only 1 8oz. pk of cream cheese, she used 3 and that makes a big difference on the finished product.

I plan on making this recipe this weekend. It looked delicious on the show, but then again Paula makes ALL her recipes look delicious.

I haven't made this recipe yet, but I intend to. I watched the show and Paula used 3 packages of cream cheese instead of the 1 package that the recipe calls for. It appears to be a typo in the recipe. 1 package doesn't seem to be enough cream cheese to support the fact that it is a "cheese"cake.

On the t.v. Paula used I believe three 8oz. cream cheeses and on the recipe on-line it calls for one. Which is it? one or three? I was really wanting to make this.

In looking at the recipe it calls for one 8 oz pkg cream cheese.

I watched the show last night---Didn't I see Paula use 3(three 8 oz packages of cream cheese?

I would like to make the recipe but do not want to ruin it.

I emailed foodnetwork about the correction of the recipe. Please use 3 (8 oz pkgs of cream cheese for the recipe, Not 1.

Now everyone can make this and actually comment on how it tastes!

    Cheers

P.S. Foodnetwork should have a comments and questions section plus a review section...
