    She used three on the show. One certainly isn't enough for this size cake. I will use three of them.

    ok - so on the show, Paula DOES use 3 packages of cream cheese... i don't know why the recipe only calls for 1 - the rest of the recipe was perfect -
    i'm going to make it this weekend with the 3 packages... i trust what i saw... :

    Could someone who has made this let me know how much cream cheese. On Paula's show she used 3 cream cheese and this recipe on the web site says to use 1 cream cheese. I don't think 1 pkg. is enough but if someone could let me know I would appreciate. Great dessert for Thanksgiving.
