Yep, very easy and yummy. I like pumpkin but you have to loooove you some pumpkin for this one :. My husband happens to love pumpkin so he loved it.
I think next time I will use less pumpkin and more cool whip or pudding to lessen the pumpkin taste and make it more creamy.

OMG so easy and soooo yummy. I was the hit at the Party with this. Everyone asked me for the secret of this. This is going to be my go to dish for holiday parties.
FYI: I couldn't fine the Gingerbread mix so I used Spice cake.. Came out great.

I made this for the first time this year and it was a HUGE hit! Even people who don't typically like pumpkin enjoyed this. The only thing I did differently was added chocolate chips to the pumpkin mixture and instead of gingersnap on top I did more chocolate chips. Everyone agreed the chocolate was a great addition to the dish. Next time I might put some chopped walnuts in the pumpkin as well :.

I made two of these for Thanksgiving this year and everybody absolutely loved them. I left out the brown sugar because a lot of reviews said it was too sweet, and everybody raved about how light it was. I also used half gingerbread and half pumpkin bread, but I don't think it made much of a difference. I have no complaints, everything went perfectly with this : I can't wait to make it next year!

This was DELICIOUS! A BIG hit at our Thanksgiving dinner!! I couldn't find pumpkin pie filling so I bought 30 oz of fresh pumpkin and added 1/2 cup sugar (the can says to put a lot more but it's way too sweet if you do, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp ground ginger and 1/2 tsp cloves. Be careful with the cloves because if you get a bite of those, it is not pleasant. I also left out the brown sugar as I thought it would be too sweet. I made everything a day before and assembled it the day of Thanksgiving so it wouldn't get soggy and it turned out delicious.
