This is an outstanding recipe. So tired of the same old pumpkin pie. Very easy. Very tasty. A little tip to help with the blandness. Add a little pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt! Yes salt! Just about a tea spoon really wakes up the flavor.

All I can say is yum, really. This is such a nice change to basic pumpkin pie. Very, very good. Everyone loved it.

I saw Paula making the recipe on the Thanksgiving special she had and I thoght that would be a great take on the classic pumpkin pie. My husband said I should test it first thought just in case. Let's just say, now it better be on that Thanksgiving table!!!

This recipe is a great addition to your Thanksgiving or fall meal. It has the essence of pumpkin pie with an extra kick of gingerbread. It was easy to make, but it DEFINITELY took longer than 30 mins because of the cooling time. All of my friends loved it, and I can't wait to serve it on Thanksgiving this year!

I made this the week before Tgiving to try it out. It was a great change from the regular pumpkin pie. I did have to spice up the pumpkin just a touch. I found the gingerbread goes a long way- depends on your bowl.
Everyone loved it- and it is very easy to do. It would be great for kids to make.

This was a very easy dessert to make. I took it to our family brunch Sunday and it was gobbled up fast! This is a great alternative to the traditional pumpkin pie.

This dessert is fabulous--and I'm not a fan of gingerbread OR pumpkin! Simple to make, too. Everyone who tried it, raved about it.
