This was my first time making it and the family loved it!! I made 2: one in a 12 inch pie plate and the second in a sprinform pan. The pie plate burned the crust in some areas. It was still delicious. The springform pan was PERFECT!! It did take an addition 45 minutes of cooking. It was perfect!! The springform pan was great because the cake was a thicker peice. EXCELLENT

Followed the directions to a T... Middle didn't cook up after 1 hour in the oven. Covered the edges with foil and cooked an additional 20. 1 hour and 20 minutes and it was done. I think my canned pumpkin was too watery, which caused the bake time to increase. By far, the most delicious thing I've ever made! IMO, you cannot overcook this desert. However, I think it depends on how moist your canned pumpkin is.

I think I over cooked it a bit, my crust was a lil dark, and it was still jiggly in the middle, 45 min was enough. It is rich, and sweet, but yummy!
