This is a great recipe. I made it last weekend with Cherry chips cake mix, made the cream cheese filing and put canned cherries on the cake mix before pouring the mixture over top. Then I made it with devils food cake, added cocoa to the cream cheese filling and put carmel on the cake mix before the chocolate cream cheese : and of course then just made the basic pumpkin YUMM

This recipe is AWESOME!!! I make it every year for Thanksgiving, sometimes I don't even bother making a pumpkin pie and just make this instead.

This cake is the best... Everyone in my family always wants me to make this for special events.... and to the person that gave it a one star... you have to change it up to your liking..

I made this last Thanksgiving for the 1st time. It was out of this world! My teenage son said it was even better than having pumpkin pie. My Aunt & Uncle loved it too. I've made it several times since. You can't ask for anything better.

Today is Mother's Day and we had diner at my house. The First Question out of everyone's mouth was... did I make that pumpkin cake that you made on Easter? When I said no you should have seen their faces and heard the conversation about how good it was and how disappointed they were etc. LOL.. I had to send my brother in law to the store for some ingredients. It is in the oven now! Thank You for making me a Super Star in the Kitchen!!! 5 stars!

Unbelievble and easy, added layer of sliced bananas and chocolate chips and coconut to the pineapple version, very very good..
