The first time I made these was for Thanksgiving last year. Everyone LOVED them. I now make them with the pineapple for summer and I have made different variations. Everywhere I bring them, everyone wants the recipe!!!

I made these bars for people in my dept. at work! No one could resist eating just one. The pan was gone by mid-day, and I didn't even serve w/ whipped cream! They are so gooey and creamy. A perfect fall treat!

i made this dessert knowing my husband and sons don't eat sweets. besides the two servings they each tried, i finished the entire 9x13 all by myself in less than 2 days. it was sooo good i had a piece every couple of hours. very dangerous dessert to have around if you're not at a gathering or function

Whenever I want to make an impression on guests, I trot this out for dessert. The Peanut butter variation is my favorite, my fiancee likes the original pumpkin best. I find that it is so sweet that I leave the whipped cream unsweetened- makes for a better complement to the cake.

This is one of my favorite recipes. It is easy to make, and it is delicious. Mine and my boyfriends family just love it. Big crowd pleaser. I use pumpkin spice instead of the nutmeg and the others. I just put in as much or as little as I want. Also, it says to use a mixer, but it is much better if you mix by hand. Hope everyone enjoys as much as I do!!! Happy Baking!
