Not very many people have heard of this, but everyone absolutely loves it! It's incredibly rich and cannot leave out very long...must refridgerate.

First of all-I Love you Paula!, you are my food God. I made the original version and the peanut butter version and I can seriously say that I visited heaven when I took my first bite. This thanksgiving, I will be trying the pumpkin version. My fiance keeps asking me to make him an orange version by adding orange extract and an orange boxed cake. I'll let you know how that turns out too......

My family is hooked on this -- even the ones who do not like pumpkin! It was a delightful change to the normal desserts for Thanksgiving. I did make one addition to this great recipe... I mixed in chopped pecans....absolutely delicious!

This was great, had instead of pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving, everyone loved it. Great Change, though now we may keep it as a regular for every Thanksgiving

I made two of these cakes for thanksgiving. They were not only easy to make, but the taste is wonderful - no more pumpkin pies! Dangerous though - you can't stop eating it once you've tried it - and it tastes even better the next day (if it lasts that long.
