The name fits the texture to a tee! And it is rich-tasting too! The first time I made this recipe was for an office potluck and it was a huge hit. I have since made it several times over for other things and everyone loves it. I have also tried the pineapple variation, which has become my husband's personal favorite.

I was skeptical at first (a whole box of confectioner's sugar?!? but this recipe proved me wrong. It was outstanding. I also recommend the Peanut Butter version of this recipe.
