This recipe was a great hit at Thanksgiving. I used a about 3/4 of the box of confections sugar and it was plenty sweet. I covered the edges of the pan with tin foil and cooked it for 50min and it came out perfectly. Will definitely make again!!!

This was the highlight of my Thanksgiving. Everyone LOVED it!!! I don't even like pumpkin flavored stuff much and I hate pumpkin pie and even I loved it. The crust is what makes it! I will make this again for certain.

I made this for Thanksgiving, and it was a great! I only used 11/2 cups of powdered sugar after reading the other reviews about how overly sweet it was. I also baked it for 50 minutes. The middle of the cake was not completely set when I removed it from the oven, but set up nicely upon cooling. Fabulous dessert, between a cheesecake and a pumpkin pie. Loved it! Thanks.

I have done this with and without the pumpkin and it is soooo good actually its a diabetics worst nightmare so I dont use all the ppowdered sugar, I found it too sweet so use 1/2 the amount with fantastic results!

This is a very easy recipe to follow. I do not have much experience with Pumpkin, therefore, I subsituted in 2 baked Sweet Potates. The cake was a success. The Sweet Potates were so moist when I got them out of the oven and the natural sugars plus the spices that was added made it taste divine. I will be baking this dish for future holidays.

This is amazing! Better than pumpkin pie and so much easier to make than pie crust! I did have to bake it about 1 hr and 10 min before it was done. The end result tasted a lot like pumpkin pie with a thick cookie crust. Delicious!

So delicious!! I made it the normal way and then made it with Gluten Free yellow cake mix (found at Target, Better Crocker for $4. It was a 15oz box, but it was still enough to cover the bottom of the pan. It tasted just as delicious!! This is my new favorite recipe.
