    Thank God I checked reviews before I baked this pie. I think people who wrote this recipe is blend definitely used two cans of pumpkin, but you need to use 2 cups. This pie was a great hit, it disappeared in 5 minutes when I served a pie in Thanks giving dinner. Filling is super moist and creamy. Filling is enough to bake two pies for sure(In fact, filling was too much, I made one deep dish pie and a tart style pie.. When I tasted filling, it was a little blend, so I added extra cinnamon, all spice and ginger. This is a keeper!

    This is the best pumpkin pie that I have ever tasted! I was a little worried it was going to come out runny but quite the opposite! perfect consistency! and my whole family LOVED it! Definitely saving this one!

    Probably the best pumpkin pie recipe out there. Prep time a little long, but it's worth it. The cream cheese adds another layer for your taste buds. A rich recipe.

    Beware...the filling is very soupy and it looks like cake batter. I thought I made a mistake so I threw out the first batch and made another one and it came out exactly the same. There was nothing I could do so I just filled my pie and hoped for the best. The pie came out GREAT, I was so relieved. I served it for Thanksgiving and everyone LOVED it. Will definitely make again. btw, I only added 2 eggs rather than the 1 egg plus 2 egg yolks and I left out the butter because my homemade pie crust already had so much in there, the pie still tasted great.

    Absolutely the best pumpkin pie filling ever! I used a ginger/nutmeg graham cracker crust instead of the pastry and it truly makes this a five star dessert for the holidays. Thanks!

    This recipe took WAY LONGER to cook than what the instructions call for. I ended up cooking it for approximately 80-90 min and it was still VERY wiggly. I decided to take it out anyway. It set most of the way overnight but is not firm like a typical Pumpkin Pie. It is also a bit "cheesier" than I would prefer as well - although my husband said it is VERY GOOD (he agreed a bit too much cream cheese. I think next time I will cut the half-and-half down and bit and do less cream cheese. Overall I will likely cook it again. Would be nice for them to post a video with someone doing the REAL recipe....as it is much different than what was shown. **ALSO - recipe makes MORE THAN ENOUGH for possibly two pies** maybe if I would have split into two pies it wouldn't have taken so long to cook....hmmmm
