    I served this for Thanksgiving and it is so smooth and creamy. No burnt edges like on regular pumpkin pie. Everyone loved it, even those that aren't fans of pumpkin pie. This is my new holiday favorite.

    This is the most unbelievable pie you'll ever put in your mouth. Pumpkin pie is my favorite, and I've tasted many, and I am a picky girl. This recipe is, without a doubt, perfection. It is light, it's not too rich, it has incredible flavor and it's very very easy to make. I could have eaten the whole darn pie myself! It almost tastes like a mousse. Paula has done it again. Southern comfort at it's best! Two thumbs up!

    This pie is to die for! I have to agree with some of the other reviewers that it makes 2 pies for sure. Also, I used a frozen pie crust and it worked out well!

    I used splenda instead of sugar. It was fantastic. Light & fluffy. Great Hit this thanksgiving.

    This recipe is very simple, and with only 2 cups of pumpkin it is extremely light. Not the traditional heavy pumpkin pie, a huge improvement!

    I made 3 of these pies and one was taken by my neices boyfriend. He ate the entire thing out of the pan with a fork. Everyone was asking for the recipe and couldn't believe that i made it.
