Best pumpkin pie I've ever made, according to my husband. Very mellow flavor and yummy, yummy, yummy. I think this recipe will replace my old standard.

I read some reviews prior to making my pie, so I knew what to watch out for. First of all, I only used 1/2 cup of Half & Half, a little less than a package of cream cheese, added Nutmeg, and covered the edges of the pie with foil after 20 minutes of baking. Just make sure that the cream cheese is fully softened before you mix it with the pumpkin, otherwise you'll have cheese clumps (like I did! but it was still amazing!. So just keep all that in mind, and you'll be in for quite a treat!!

I thought it was very good although I had mixed reviews from family... I liked that it was a different take on the traditional pumpkin pie because I don't really like pumpkin pie... My son said it was the best pie in the whole world...

This was the first time I made a pumpkin pie and it turned out great! Really easy to make and has a wonderful taste too! Oh, and if you make your own pie crust it will taste even better!

I made several pumpkin pies this weekend to see which one I would make for Thanksgiving and this was it! I used 1 cup of half & half and it was too loose that day however it was perfect the next day. I added nutmeg & all spice as others recommended and it came out great with plenty of flavor. I was a worried it would come out too much like a cheesecake but it was just enough to make it creamy.

I made this for all the guys at my work and they loved it and so did I. I changed the recipe to accomodate what I had on hand. I used a frozen pie crust already in the tin and baked according to directions. Then i didn't have a full brick of cream cheese. I had like 3/4 of it but it was light cream cheese too. Then i didn't have the full 1/2 &1/2 so i subbed for vanilla coffee creamer for the rest and didn't ad as much sugar or vanilla in exchange. So maybe it isn't even the same recipe anymore but it was great.

Who knew pumpkin pie could get any better than the original? I mean, when I first started looking up recipes that were slightly different than just your average pumpkin pie, and I came along this one. Wow, the creamed cheese adds a wonderful creamy texture that is different but without changing that idea of pumpkin pie. I truely recommend it to all who can't wait for the Thanksgiving Day PIES!!!
